The grievance of the petitioners is that respondents 2 and 3 are not taking any action on his application dated 17-07-2019 for grant of layout in respect of the house site plots in question situated at Jagadevpur village and mandal, Siddipet district and therefore seeks appropriate directions to the respondents. 02.

Learned standing counsel for the respondentGrampanchayat submits that the petitioners were issued with a memo dated 25-07-2019 requiring them to produce certain documents for taking further action on the application for grant of layout. However, learned counsel for the petitioners states that no such memo was received by the petitioners yet. 03.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent-Grampanchayat has produced a copy of the memo dated 25-07-2019 and a copy thereof is also served on the petitioners' counsel. 04.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners, if so advised to produce the documents as suggested in the memo dated 25-07-20199 before the 2nd respondent, and on such production, the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass orders on the application dated 17-072019.
