B/O ns 26.08.2022 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition No.2 imposed upon the petitioner/Accused by this Court in Crl.P.No.4955 of 2022 dated 22.06.2022 that he should report before the Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. for a period of three months or till filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier. Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioner is abiding by the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court, which is not disputed by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the Respondent-State.
Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, the condition No.2 imposed upon the petitioner/Accused in Crl.Petition No.4955 of 2022 on 22.06.2022, is hereby relaxed and the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. However, petitioner/Accused shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.
Accordingly, IA is ordered.
