THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.37159 OF 2016 ORDER:

Alleging inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3 in taking action for demolition of unauthorised and illegal construction made by the 4th respondent in Survey No.170PP bearing Plot No.88A situated at Dr. Ambedkar Vegetable Market Colony, Bellampalli Basthi, Mancherial, Adilabad District, even though an official notice dated 10.10.2016 was issued by the 3rd respondent, this Writ Petition is filed.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality submits that the illegal structure to an extent of occupying the road margin was demolished on 13.11.2016. He has filed photo copies of the news items published in various newspapers showing the demolition of the alleged illegal structure.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner does not intend to press the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
