Sri A. Jagannadha Rao, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, would submit that the suit was disposed of by the trial Court and therefore the cause, which arises out of an interlocutory order, does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
