THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.6469 OF 2O2O ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, i973 (for short'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner who is arrayed as Accused No.S seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.24(> of 2O2O on the file of Station House Officer, Khammam III Town Police Station, Khammam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 42O and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code.

On r.t ritten instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and C.C.No.2458 of 2022 was assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, tire petitioner-Accused is at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
