This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.579 of 2014 (crime No.77 of 2014 of Karimnagar (Rural) Police Station, Karimnagar) on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Karimnagar, for the offence under Sections 447, 427 and 506 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following directions : The presence of petitioner herein is dispensed with before the trial Court and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial in the C.C.No.579 of 2014 and to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
