COMMON ORDER :

In all these writ petitions, interim directions were issued to restore the Director Identification Number (DIN) of the petitioners, who are Directors in active companies.

Learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent-authorities, in the above cases, submits that, pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the DIN of the petitioners is restored and interim orders of this Court are complied with.

In approval, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, inasmuch as the relief sought in these writ petitions is achieved, by way of interim order, no further orders are necessary and the Writ Petitions be disposed of making the interim order as final order in the Writ Petitions. Both the learned counsel agreed for disposal of the Writ Petitions in terms of the interim orders and compliance thereof.

Having regard to the fact that the DIN of the petitioners is restored in pursuance of the interim order passed in the above Writ Petitions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of making the

- 3 - interim orders passed in the Writ Petitions as final order in Writ Petitions. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
