Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration (Telangana) for 1st respondent; Sri Y. Rama Rao, counsel for 2nd respondent; and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4. 2.

The petitioner contends that he had applied on 09.01.2016 vide application No.3000032637 for regularization of his plot in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.151 dt.02.11.2015, but respondent nos.3 and 4 are not taking any action thereon.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.3 and 4, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application referred to above within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application referred to above within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.
