Today, i.e., 01.05.2019, this court by a detailed order, dismissed W.P.No.21082 of 2016. In view of the same and for the reasons alike, the present writ petitions are also dismissed mutatis mutandis in terms of order dated 01.05.2019 in W.P.No.21082 of 2016. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
