Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleaders for Mines & Geology and Home appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleaders that the subject vehicle has been produced before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sullurpet, Nellore District on 14.06.2018.

In view of the above, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to move an appropriate application before the Court of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Sullurpet, Nellore District, for consideration of the same by the learned Magistrate, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
