W.P.No.20292 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance in the present writ petition is non-registration of complaint dated 2.4.2015 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard Sri T.V.Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondents, apart from perusing the material available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is called, written instructions dated 9.7.2015 furnished by the Station House Officer, Narsampet Police Station, Warangal (R) have been placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. In the said written instructions, it is stated that after receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the respondent police registered the case in Cr.No.79 of 2015 under Sections 406, 420, 506 read with Section 34 IPC on 19.4.2015 and took up investigation.

It is further stated that during the course of investigation, the respondent police examined the witnesses, recorded the statements, visited the scene of offence and conducted panchanama and the said crime is under investigation. It is also stated that the petitioner herein is not cooperating with the respondents for further investigation and failed to produce any documents relating to subject matter.

4. In view of further developments, as mentioned in the written instructions dated 9.7.2015, no further issue needs to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to record the said instructions and close the writ petition.

5. In view of the same, the writ petition is closed, by recording the written instructions dated 9.7.2015 furnished by the Station House Officer, Narsampet Police Station, Warangal (R). As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
