HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 7419 OF 2002 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner is challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal in ID No.250/99.

A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner is on the verge of retirement and the petitioner is seeking the relief to reinstate him into service. At this point of time, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, this Court is of the considered view that the ends of justice would be met, if the respondents are directed to pay the service benefits to which he is entitled for the service rendered by the petitioner, prior to the date of removal, if not already paid to him, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.
