It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the grievance of the writ petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent by way of representations dated 27-03-2018, 02-04-2018 and 04-04-2018.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representations dated 27-03-2018, 02-04-2018 and 04-04-2018 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with Rules and take action within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
