HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITON No. 23382 of 2009 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus seeking a direction to respondent management to promote the petitioner on par with his Juniors particularly with respondent No.6 with all consequential benefits including fixation of pay and payment of arrears.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 02.05.2009 to respondent No.3 requesting to consider his case for promotion on par with his juniors and the same is pending consideration.

In that view of the matter, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would be met if the respondent management is directed to consider the representation dated 02.05.2009 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

AKS, J WP_23382_2009 16.11.2009 Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
