HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28143 of 2017 ORDER:

The action of respondent Nos.5 to 8 in threatening the petitioners, pressurizing and forcing to evict them and part their land in Sy.Nos.709 and 710 situated at Metpally Mandal, Jagtial District, to respondent No.9, and inaction of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in taking action on the complaint dated 16.08.2017, is questioned in this Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary, Learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), on instructions from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Metpalli Police Station, Jagtial District, would submit that respondent No.9 lodged a complaint on 11.08.2017 stating that the petitioners purchased the land in Sy.No.402/R, trespassed thereinto and threatened her with dire consequences; on receipt of complaint, GD entry was made; the permission sought from the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Metpalli, is awaited; and the allegations made against police are false and baseless. Recording the submission of learned Government Pleader for Home (TS), the writ petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioners to take appropriate civil action against respondent No.9.
