THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18894 of 2019 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of 4th respondent in interfering with the civil disputes by calling the petitioners frequently to the police station and demanding amounts and also to withdraw the civil suit.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.05.09.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Abdullapurmet P.S., Rachakonda Commissionerate. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under.

"It is submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner that the Respondent No.4 is interfering with the civil disputes by calling the peititoners frequently to police station and demanding amounts and to withdraw the civil suit is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.4 never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner not called him to police station any point of time.

It is submitted that there is no complaint given against the petitioner by any individual and the respondent police never called the petitioner to police station and till today no case is registered against the petitioner."

In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners

and unofficial respondents and not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance with law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
