THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.18870 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent nos.1 to 5. 2.

Admittedly, by order dt.22.04.2019 the 3rd respondent had set aside the order dt.27.10.2017 passed in favour of third-parties, and directed the third-parties to approach the Civil Court for adjudication of their rights.

Since the petitioner herein has made an application in Form 6-A on the basis of the said order of the 3rd respondent passed on 22.04.2019 under Form 6-A for issuance of Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds and for mutation, within six (06) weeks from today the 6th respondent shall take action on petitioner's application and issue Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds to petitioner, and also mutate her name in the Revenue Records.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to take action on petitioner's application and issue Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds to petitioner, and also mutate her name in the Revenue Records. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
