THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRI T PETI TI ON No.13710 of 2006 ORDER:- As there was no representation for the petitioner on 20.03.2017, the matter was directed to be listed on 27.03.2017 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. On 27.03.2017, on the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 10.04.2017 however by retaining under the same caption 'For Dismissal'. On 10.04.2017 also, time was sought and, therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the same caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter continuously under the caption 'For Dismissal', yet again there is no representation for the petitioner.

In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
