HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.4946 of 2017 ORDER: (per Suresh Kumar Kait , J) Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby directing the respondents to produce the detenues mentioned in the prayer and set free from the clutches of the respondents. Learned Additional Advocate General (TS), on advance notice submits that all the three alleged detenues were arrested on 10.02.2017 in FIR No.104/ 2016 of Bompally PS, Karimnagar District registered on 17.10.2016 for the offence punishable under Section 380 of IPC. He further submits that even the petitioner herein is the fourth accused in the said FIR and he is absconding.

Keeping in view the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General, we are of the considered view that no order required to be passed in the present petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is, closed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
