Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.1544 of 2010 on the file of the VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
