THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.25414 of 2022 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in trying to evict the petitioner from his patta land to an extent o Ac.3-24 guntas in Survey Nos. 1O7l31/7/l &, 1O7 l3l/814, situated at Yanambailu Village, Palvancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, without issuing any notice or proceedings as illegal, arbitrary and consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the peacelul possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject land.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the official respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed before this Court the written instructions received from the respondents. From the said written instructions, it is seen that as per the instructions of respondent No.2, the Mandal Surveyor, from the offence of the 4ttr respondent, and Mandal Girdawar_ll have demarcated the Government land for the purpose of establishing
MS(,J wP_254t4 2022 Telangana Gram Kreeda Pranganam. The respondents are no way interfering with the patta land of the petitioner. 4.
In the light of the said written instructions, there is no necessity to further examine the matter in detail and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the patta land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac'3-34 guntas in Survey Nos.107/31/7/1 and IO7 131 l\l4, situated at Yanambailul Village of Palvancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem, in any manner.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed' There shall be no order as to costs.
