3. The issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the order, dated 09.04.2015, in W.P.No.31500 of 2011 of this Court. Following the said order, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
