HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION NO:20704 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action o respondents in not allotting the budget having sent proposals estimations on the ground that budget is lapsed without reviewing fo budget year, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently to issue a direct lay the metal and black tar connecting Mehar Baba Temple and PWD situated at Tettekunta village, Vemulawada Mandal, Karimnagar Distric Heard and perused the material available on record. Since the petitioner herein has not added the State as a party i writ petition, the present writ petition is not maintainable and hence, th petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

Consequently miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No ord to costs.
