This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 and A.3 in Crime No.215 of 2015 of Hussaini Alam Police Station, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
