by its Public Prosecutor, High Court for the State of . . , Respondent (Respondent in-do-) Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition, the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in the above Criminal Petition No.6459 of 2020 by deleting the sentence that "petitioner shall appear on every Sunday before the Station House Officer, Wadapally Police Station, Nalgonda District between 10.00 AM and 5.00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet" from the order dated L4-72-2020. CRLP NO: 6459 OF 2020 Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed therein, the High Court may be pleased to release the petitioner on bail pending enquiry and trial in Crime No.153 of 2020 of Wadapally Police Station, Nalgonda District, in the interest of justice.
/- The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 14.72.2020 made in Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri C.Damodar Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following /-
ORDER
This application is filed by the petitioner/accused No' 1 seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide order, dated L4,L2'2O2O, in Crl.P.No.6459 of 2O2O, in so far as directing him to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Sunday betweenlO:O0 AM and 5:O0 PM till completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet. Heard both sides.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner is appearing before the station House Officer concerned and hence, the said condition may be relaxed. Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the aforesaid condition is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, the petition is ordered'
