THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.485 OF 2017 ORDER:

Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, came to be filed by the petitioner seeking to try and punish the respondent for his wilful and deliberate violation of the final order dated 27.10.2016 in W.P.No.36530 of 2016 passed by this Court.

As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 02.06.2017, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, when the matter is called, no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The contempt case is filed to punish the respondent for wilful violation of the order passed by this Court in the aforementioned writ petition, wherein this Court directed the 4th respondent therein to consider the application dated 16.07.2016 made by the petitioner through online and pass appropriate orders thereon, in terms of the order dated 10.03.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent herein, after hearing the petitioner and also the aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record a copy of the endorsement proceedings, dated 01.06.2017, issued by

CPK,J CC_485_2017 the Tahsildar, Devarkadra Mandal, which shows that the representation of the petitioner was considered in terms of the order referred to above and the same was rejected on 27.05.2017. A copy of the same was also communicated to the petitioner. 5.
