HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI I.A.No.1 of 2018 in/and FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.214 of 2018 COMMON ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) Vide I.A.No.1 of 2018, applicant/appellant seeks direction, thereby to condone the delay of 649 days in filing the appeal against order dated 13.06.2016 passed in G.O.P.No.271 of 2016 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District Judge, Tirupathi. It is stated that, after order dated 13.06.2016 was passed, the applicant/appellant could not contact her Advocate and was not aware about the proceedings. In the present application, it is nowhere stated as to when the applicant/appellant came to know about order dated 13.06.2016 and when certified copy was applied and appeal filed. The delay of 649 days in filing the appeal has not been properly explained. Thus, we find no reasons to condone the said delay. I.A.No.1 of 2018 is accordingly dismissed.

Consequently, F.C.A.No.214 of 2018 is dismissed. No order as to costs.
