Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

According to petitioner he is the owner of land to an extent of Ac.1.29 guntas in Sy.No.26E2/1 of Indrakaran Village. While so, in the online records the extent of his land is shown as only Ac.0.09 guntas.

Aggrieved thereby, petitioner submitted representation to the Tahsildar, as well as District Collector to issue corrected copy of the online records, reflecting the full extent of land. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed.

Since the application is made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kandi Mandal, Sanga Reddy-4th respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner with reference to reflection of correct extent of land in the online records, based on the material supplied to him and to pass appropriate orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
