THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.16395 of 2018 ORDER:

The inaction on the part of the respondent-Municipal Corporation on the complaint said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein on 19.04.2018 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri N.Ashok Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondentMunicipal Corporation that the Corporation authorities will verify the said complaint, dated 19.04.2018, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent-Municipal Corporation to verify the complaint, dated 19.04.2018, said to have been made by the petitioners herein and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after issuing notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
