The criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners herein in C.C.No.539 of 2009 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Zaheerabad, Medak District.

There is no representation for the petitioners. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the trial is completed and the petitioners/accused have already been acquitted. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
