THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.29555 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the second respondent in considering the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri V.Venkata Mayur, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for T.S.R.T.C. appearing for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the Regional Manager, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana State Road Transport Corporation.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
