ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the order dated 14.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.45507 of 2018.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reported that in pursuance of the order dated 14.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.45507 of 2018, the respondent has considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide Memo dated 20.09.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
