THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.9472 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.3 and 5, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.223 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Ghanpur (W) Police Station, Warrangal, registered for the offences punishable under sections 498-A, 307 and 507 r/w 34 of IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded. Granting the liberty as prayed for, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
