HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 12891 of 2008 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Sri V.V.L.N. Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of this writ petition in 2008, he is not getting any instructions from his client.

This petition seeks action against respondent No.9 alleging that they are creating lot of pollution by discharging hazardous effluents. Admittedly, the sugar factory started sometime in 1943. Keeping that in view and considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, we have no option but to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly.
