HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8571 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is challenging the proceedings dated 22.3.2004 and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim suspension on 30.4.2004. The Counsel for the petitioner further submitted that by virtue of interim orders, the petitioner was continued in service and the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation during the pendency of the Writ Petition and in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

The respondents are also not disputing the same. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
