THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.31560 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.D. Goud, learned Standing counsel for respondent Municipal Corporation. The complaint in the present writ petition is that the respondent authorities and their subordinates are trying to lay a road in the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.0.6 cents situated in Sy.No.153/1, Pymashi No.16 of Konka Cheennaihgunta Village, Akkarampalle, Tirupathi Urban Mandal, Chittoor District, without following due process of law.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that if the private properties of the petitioner are required, the respondent authorities will follow due process of law. Recording the above said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Municipal Corporation not to meddle with the private properties of the petitioner, except in accordance with law. It is further made clear that if the properties of the petitioner are required for any public purpose, the respondent authorities shall follow due process of law. No order as to costs.
