THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 2791 OF 2013 O R D E R:

This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in Crime No. 88 of 2013 on the file of Ghatkesar Police Station. Learned Public Prosecutor has drawn my attention to the fact that the parties have appropriately compromised their dispute relating to the offence said to have been committed by the accused under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and accordingly, the Lok Adalat on 10.04.2015 has recorded the compromise. Hence, the cause in this Criminal Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
