Heard both sides. With the consent of both parties the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not considering the representation dated 12.06.2017, made by the petitioner, not taking any action against respondent No.3 for their unauthorized shifting of college from Mansoorabad, L.B.Nagar, R.R.District to Medchal, Medchal District and making admissions without obtaining any shifting permission from the competent authority, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 12.06.2017 received by the second respondent on 13.06.2017, in accordance with law, at the earliest.

Without going into the merits of the case, having regard to the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 12.06.2017, made by the petitioner, which is received by the second respondent on 13.06.2017, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No costs.

CPK, J W.P.No.21150 of 2017 As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
