HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.7522 OF 2016 ORDER :

Sri B. Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitionersaccused Nos.1 and 2, would represent that the matter has become infructuous and seeks to dismiss the present petition. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the matter has referred as false and to that effect, filed a report before the concerned Court, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
