This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.838 of 2018 of Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 1st respondentState and perused the record. 3.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed final report and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication and the Criminal Petition has become infructuous. 4.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
