The case of the petitioner is that he has purchased the land admeasuring Ac.1.80 cents in Sy.No.312/3H of Sathenapally village and Mandal, Guntur District under registered document No.761/2009 dated 21.01.2009. Subsequently, he applied for survey of the land by paying necessary challan and after survey, the surveyor found that the land is admeasuring Ac.0.90 cents only under D.K.Patta No.109/83. Then, he filed an application before the 4th respondent for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. But till today, no action has been taken by the respondents. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has not filed any document to show that he has made an application in form 6-A for grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and even in the affidavit, no assertion is made about the application made by the petitioner in form 6-A. If the petitioner has not filed application in form 6-A, it is open for him to file an application in form 6-A and the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law and thereafter take appropriate action.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
