During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the appellant, having tendered arguments to some extent, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant appeal. He also made an endorsement to that effect on the docket sheet of memorandum of grounds of appeal.

2. Permission is accorded.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal, stand closed.
