Seizure of certain products, which are termed as 'Botanica' by panchanama dated 19.07.2011 is challenged in this writ petition. This Court while admitting the writ petition on 26.07.2011 passed a detailed interim order directing the respondents to release the seized product 'Botanica', if the analysis does not disclose any offensive chemicals or insecticides in the said product.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of his best efforts, he is unable to contact his clients and they are not in touch with him, and he has no instructions from them as on today.

In the circumstances, there is no other alternative for this Court except to dismiss the matter for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
