After arguing sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to approach the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Proddatur by way of an appropriate application for recall or review of the Order dt.16-07-2014 passed by that Court.

Granting liberty as sought, this Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
