This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "......to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the inaction of respondent No 3 herein in not taking steps to conduct the survey of the lands in Sy Nos.40, 41, 72, 79, 154/La and 154/Ba admeasuring Acs.3.08 gts., Acs.3.36 gts., Acs.6.32 gts., Acs. 5.02 gts., Ac.1.20 gts., Acs.8.24 gts., total admeasuring Acs.29.02 gts., situated at Kummaripadu village Mulakalapaili Mandal Bhadradri Kothagudem District in spite of paying the requisite amount through online individually on 11.09.2018 and 31.12.2018 followed by the written representation dated 14.06.2019 as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to conduct the survey and fix the boundary stones in respect of the above mentioned lands...."
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents that the issue raised in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 28.04.2016, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.4811 of 2011 and batch. Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondentauthorities to consider the applications of the petitioners for survey and demarcation of lands after receiving necessary charges, keeping in view the Circulars vide Rc.No.N1/1408/07, dated 13-07-2007, Rc.No.N1/6543/99, dated 25-07-2001 and Circular vide Rc.No.N2/1741/2010, dated 18-05-2010 and also in terms of the judgment in W.A.No.618 of 2013 and also keeping in view the provisions of Sections 89, 89-A and
92 of the Act and take necessary action and communicate the decision to the parties. It is open for the petitioners to prefer appeal against the said order, if they are aggrieved in terms of circulars referred to above."
Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
