HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4044 of 2017 ORDER : (Oral) Vide the present petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 9th February 2011, passed in I.A.No.740 of 2011 in O.A.No.59 of 2011 by the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal, Hyderabad. It is not in dispute that the said O.A. is pending before the aforesaid Tribunal and now the Tribunal is functioning. Therefore, I am not inclined to pass any order in the present revision petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move before the Endowments Tribunal, which shall dispose of the petition, before taking further steps in the matter.
