Since the parties in these Civil Revision Petitions are one and the same and all the Civil Revision Petitions relate to O.S.No.1408 of 2018, all these matters are heard and being disposed of by a common order. 2.

C.R.P.No.1916 of is filed by defendant No.2 and C.R.P.No.2088 of 2019 is filed by the plaintiff in the aforesaid suit aggrieved by the order dated 28.06.2019 passed in I.A.No.810 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.21 of 2019 on the file of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally. 3.

C.R.P.No.1893 of is filed by defendant No.2 and C.R.P.No.2084 of 2019 is filed by the plaintiff in the aforesaid suit aggrieved by the order dated 28.06.2019 passed in I.A.No.815 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.22 of 2019 on the file of the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally. 4.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

Since C.M.A.Nos.21 and 22 of 2019 are pending before the XV Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-XV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-II Additional Family Judge, Ranga Reddy District, Kukatpally, it is not appropriate to pass any order on merits at this juncture.

Under these circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of C.M.A.Nos.21 and 22 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ______________________ Dr .
