Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.Nos.7971 of 2011 and 5571 of 2012, dated 23.03.2016. The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the respondent authorities to determine the compensation payable to the petitioners for their lands acquired, which were subject matter of Award No.6 of 2010, if necessary, by passing a supplementary Award. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to observe that if the petitioners are aggrieved by the amount of compensation granted, it is open to them to avail the remedy provided to them under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
