This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to quash the proceedings in FIR No.88 of 2015 of Peddakadubur Police Station, Kurnool District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

Permission is accorded.
