This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 2 and 3 in harassing the petitioners by calling them to police station without following due process of law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home says that Cr.No.53 of 2019 is registered against the petitioners and notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. were issued and that they have any grievance against registration of crime, they can agitate the same. It is to be seen that crime is registered against the petitioners and they were already issued notices under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. If they are aggrieved by registration of crime, they can challenge the same. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
